Below are my Terms of Service. I enjoy creating art but even so there are still boundaries I would like to keep in terms of creation.Failure to follow these will result in being blacklisted from requesting a commission and possible legal action.> Under NO circumstance is my art to be minted as an NFT, submitted to an AI, or resold in anyway. There will be a 500 USD fee if you break this rule.> If you wish to buy my art for commercial use please let me know ahead of time. (There will be an extra fee for commercial use)
> I have the right to refuse service for any reason.
> I will not make NSFW art for you if you are underage don't ask. Same goes for underaged characters.

By commissioning me you agree to these terms.Please specify if there's a time limit for your commission: I am currently a student so it WILL take longer than a month depending on complexity if there's no specification of time.
You'll pay half of the price of the commission at the beginning and the rest at the end. I do not start on commissions until the first payment has been paidDepending on how much information I have on your commission I'll start sending sketches for you to confirm things like poses, backgrounds, and final examples. It's important that you communicate with me on this.
Cancellation fee will depend on how much work has been done ahead of the cancellation.If requested I'm open to make minor changes to it before and after final payment if you need so to be done, so don't be scared to ask but I will not redo pieces completely.
